This swing session felt a lot better than
the last one. I have been reading more
about the swing, and employed some new
refinements to my form, and it helped a
lot! My fatigue level was much more
manageable, and the swings felt crisper. I
focused on keeping my glutes and abs tight,
and that focus really helped the whole
movement feel better, and less draining.
